You’ll take an honest look at what actually happened—without softening, defending, or rewriting it. This week focuses on clarity, not blame, so your nervous system can stop holding unanswered questions.

You’ll unpack how and why the emotional bond formed, including what it provided or protected. Instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?” you’ll recognize the attachment as a reasonable response to a real experience.

You’ll shift attention from the story back into the body, rebuilding trust in your internal signals. This week supports regulation, boundaries, and a felt sense of choice—rather than operating from habit or emotional reflex.

You’ll move through a guided process to return emotional responsibility, unfinished expectations, and that lingering energetic pull. Release happens with intention and care, allowing completion without emotional shutdown or avoidance.

You’ll reassess what you allow, need, and expect in connection now—based on who you are today. This isn’t about protecting yourself from the past, but about orienting toward relationships that meet you in the present.

No. You don’t need closure or emotional distance, only a willingness to show up honestly and gently.

The work is designed to support integration, not re-traumatization. We move slowly and intentionally, with nervous-system awareness. Emotions may surface, but you’ll be guided in how to stay resourced.

No. Unbound is a guided healing intensive, not psychotherapy. It can complement therapy, but it doesn’t replace clinical care.

Unbound is especially supportive when you understand the “why” but still feel it in your body. This work helps the body catch up to the insight.

Weekly commitment: a 90-minute group session and a 1-hour 1:1 session every other week. You’ll receive a workbook with optional practices you can complete at your own pace.
